This small building, located opposite a church in a pedestrian area in Mutxamel, has a well-balanced facade typical of the local area: natural stone plinth, continuous coloured façade, wrought iron balconies, traditional handmade eaves details and arab roof tiles.
Our client, an architectural technician with an office on the first floor, was actively involved in the exterior and interior design.
The details of the interior reveal a modern vocation, a contemporary style merged perfectly with the traditional character of the environment.
